Bathroom
Fully fitted bathroom with bath, shower, WC, and heated towel rail. The sink has a single mixer tap, large mirror above, fitted units around and shaver socket.
Bedroom 1
Light and airy double bedroom with two windows overlooking the back of the house. The room features a brown leather double bed, chair, dressing table with mirror, built in wardrobe, bedside cabinets with lights and radio alarm clock. Hairdryer is supplied.
Bedroom 2
Single bedroom with window to the front of the house. Bedside cabinet, light and cupboard. This room can accommodate an extra occasional bed, to make a small twin or double room.
Garden
The courtyard garden is fully enclosed with gate to the allocated off-road parking area at the back of the house.
Other Areas
The downstairs hallway has a heat detector, upstairs a smoke detector and large landing cupboard. Iron and ironing board are available, along with extra blankets. The house has central heating and double-glazing throughout.
Kitchen
Modern fully equipped kitchen with fitted beech units, gas hob, electric oven and extractor hood. Microwave Oven, Kettle, Toaster, Fridge/Freezer are all supplied. You will also find a Fire Blanket, Fire Extinguisher and all the usual utensils, crockery and cutlery.

The location is perfect, just a few minutes walk to the local shops, but far enough off the main road to ensure it was a peaceful and relaxing break. We have enjoyed our stay here. It is easy to drive into Cheltenham, which has many good shops and interesting things to see. Also the countryside is very beautiful with many scenic walks. Cheltenham is a good base for visiting the Cotswolds. We were very comfortable at No.17 and would stay there again. |

Local shops are excellent and fun to browse in – especially a very good second hand bookshop. You can get everything you need and lots if things you didn’t know you need! Good road connections to The Cotswolds, visit Slimbridge and pop down the motorway to Westonbirt Arboretum for a fantastic Autumn (and Spring) show. |
